Industrial Sectional Door

Our company offers the Industrial Sectional Door which is the perfect solution for high-traffic areas that need a durable, reliable door. The sections of the door fold up flat against the ceiling when opened. The vertical opening of these doors allows for more space in front of and behind the door, making it easier to park vehicles and utilise more room inside the building. They are a great way to maximise space and keep your work area looking neat and tidy. The double skinned steel foam filled panels has built for heavy usage, while the aluminium framed and glazed panels provide varying degrees of high quality vision.

They are design to meet the specific requirements of your industrial facility. They can withstand even the most demanding workloads. With our high level of access control, you can be confident that your area is secure against unauthorised entry. In order to ensure that our insulated panels of the overhead door section conform to the building regulations requirements, we regularly consult with the steel suppliers technical specifications department. This allows us to keep up-to-date with the latest changes and developments in the industry, and also means that we can offer our customers a high level of durability when it comes to finishes.

Space saving

The industrial sectional overhead door is extremely versatile, able to be position at any angle from horizontal to vertical. This means that, no matter the shape of your commercial or industrial building, you can make use of the internal space to its fullest potential. Also the guide rails can easily adjusted to accommodate changes in the roof line, maximising efficiency and convenience.

Motorised drive units are available in low, medium, and high usage models to fit the needs of different businesses. The position of the unit can also be customise to suit the roof design and track type required.

Insulation

Insulated sectional overhead doors are the perfect choice for applications where thermal performance is paramount, such as in warehouses or industrial units where temperature controlled storage is require. By avoiding cold bridging, they guarantee a higher thermal performance than traditional roller shutters, helping to keep your premises at a consistent temperature and preventing energy wastage.

The door panels has made of thick, rigid materials that seal tightly when closed. The joint between the door panels has sealed with a special gasket to prevent heat from escaping.

Long Lasting

As your business grows, so does the importance of having a dependable and high-quality sectional door installation. Our doors will offer many years of trouble-free operation with all serviceable components easily accessed. This is in contrast to most roller doors where problems typically occur in the side channels or inside the roll barrel, requiring sectional door repair. They also have a far sturdier operation action than roller doors, thanks to having fewer moving parts. Additionally, the whole door balance is superior, meaning far less stress has placed on the electric motor (whether single or three phase).
